Job summary

Sentar, an employee-owned company, seeks an XT Task Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role acts as the primary POC for the XT directorate, managing contractor personnel and subcontractors while coordinating with Government teams to satisfy PWS requirements.

The incumbent will oversee requirements tracking, ensure quality of performance, and assist Government with financial and business processes. TS/SCI eligible; Education: N/A; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Ability to facilitate government and contractor communications.
• Experience tracking requirements using industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of all contractor personnel and activities.
• Facilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor teams.
• Track and document requirements using industry-best standards for continuous government monitoring.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of contractor performance in meeting PWS requirements.
• Assist Government with financial and business processes related to the contract.
• Possess authority to make binding decisions for the Contractor's organization.
