Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Principal Military Trainer – OE Exercise Planner to support Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA, focusing on Joint Fires and Adjudication. You will design and execute large-scale CJT exercises, serving as the lead Fires Adjudicator and coordinating with senior military and civilian leaders.

Required DoD Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility), U.S. citizenship, and 4–6 years of joint operational experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance or TS within last 24 months and TS/SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s with joint operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and controller for Joint Fires scenarios in large-scale exercises.
• Lead Fires Adjudicator in the White Cell using simulation systems and PK metrics.
• Facilitate the Find-Fix-Track-Target-Engage-Assess targeting cycle.
• Serve as Adjudication Cell Lead validating TTPs, ISR, EMSO capabilities.
• Design and plan exercises with stakeholders and planners.
• Deliver OE-focused exercise products (SCENARIO, RTC, CONOP, OE OVERVIEW).
• Coordinate suspense dates and participate in planning conferences.
• Contribute as a functional syndicate cell member during global exercises.
