Job summary

Serco is seeking an Operational Environment (OE) Exercise Planner to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Tier 1 CJT exercises, based in Suffolk, Virginia. The role emphasizes integration with Allies and Partners to enhance operational readiness.

Applicants should hold a TS clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a bachelor’s (6+ years) or a master’s (4+ years) of joint operational experience, plus at least 3 years on a major HQ staff; travel up to 25% and on-site work in Suffolk are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance or recently held TS clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of joint operational experience, or Master’s with 4+ years.
• Minimum 3 years on a 3-star or 4-star HQ staff or civilian equivalent.
• Knowledge of deploying joint forces with Allies and Partners.
• Strong understanding of CJT and joint operations planning.
