Job summary

Serco seeks a Principal Military Trainer with IAMD/BMD SME experience to design, plan, and assess Joint Exercise training at the senior military level in Suffolk, VA. You will integrate IAMD and BMD capabilities across C2, sensors, and multi-domain operations, coordinating with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and coalition partners to enhance homeland defense and global security.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IAMD/BMD and joint battle planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAMD/BMD advisor for Joint exercise planning and assessments.
• Integrate IAMD/BMD into all phases of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Develop and assess missile defense scenarios, threat presentations, and training objectives.
• Provide SME guidance on IAMD architectures, C2 systems, sensor integration, and multi-domain ops.
• Analyze missile threats and AD systems to enhance realism and training.
• Support homeland and theater defense concepts, including JADC2 and cross-domain integration.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, MDAs, and coalition partners on IAMD/BMD activities.
• Translate policy into operational objectives for planners and senior leaders.
