Cactus Wellhead in Odessa, TX is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of wellhead components and assemblies. You will verify conformance to drawings, NCRs, ECNs, and maintain calibration of test equipment on-site.

Responsibilities include documenting quality data, supporting FPR investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years wellhead or valve manufacturing experience preferred in quality control or machining.
• Experience with quality systems and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
• Proficient in using dimensional inspection tools (tape measures, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic computing and mathematical reasoning skills.
• Must pass annual eye test.

Responsabilités

• Receiving inspection of Branch Transfers and OEM products.
• Visual and dimensional inspection of wellhead components.
• Process NCRs at location.
• Assist Field Performance Report investigations.
• Process ECN inspections and NCRs.
• Perform in-process inspection for setout/staged equipment.
• Perform final inspection of all outgoing equipment.
• Maintain calibration of branch measurement and test equipment.
• Readiness of job packages for signoffs.
• Follow up on FPR corrective actions.
