Job summary

ChampionX in Odessa, TX seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead warehouse and maintenance activities, manage budgets, and ensure safety and efficiency across the supply chain. The role requires SAP experience, field visit readiness (≈10%), and strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams.

You will optimize operations, liaise with clients, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Competitive base salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Oil & Gas Services industry
• 3 years in a supervisory role
• Willing to travel to field (10%)
• Experience with SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Strong ethics, time management, multitasking, autonomy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good negotiation and problem resolution skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
• No immigration sponsorship for US only

Responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse and maintenance activities
• Manage monthly OPEX
• Allocate and record resources and movements
• Account management
• Work with MRP for inventory management
• Ensure supply chain partners work effectively for smooth operations
• Communicate with clients and respond to requirements
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects SLB/ChampionX
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities
• Ensure safety, security and training of all employees
• Audit warehouse specialists and mechanics for safe practices
• Lead and shape team morale and address issues
• Articulate a vision for the group direction
