ChampionX seeks a Field Operations Manager for its Odessa, TX site to oversee warehouse and maintenance activities, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts. The role emphasizes efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with SLB during integration.

A strong background in Oil & Gas services, SAP, and leadership is required. The position includes field visits, budget oversight, and cross-functional teamwork to optimize supply chain and service delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Services Industry.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Field visits (10%) required.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Strong ethics, time management, multitasking, autonomy and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Driver’s license and clean MVR.
• No immigration sponsorship for US-only role.

Responsabilités

• Directing all warehouse and maintenance activities.
• Managing monthly OPEX.
• Allocating and recording resources and movements.
• Account management and client communication.
• Collaborating on cross-functional SLB/ChampionX projects.
• Ensuring safety and compliance across warehouse and field operations.
• Lead and develop 10–15 employees across shifts.
• Audit field staff to ensure safe practices.
