Watertown Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an OD to join a team of 4 physicians in Watertown, WI. The role serves about 25 patients per day and follows Monday–Friday scheduling, with a focus on high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting.

The compensation package includes a base range of $184K–$218K plus wRVU production bonuses, a $30K sign-on, $15K relocation assistance, and a strong benefits program including 25 days of PTO, retirement plans, CME, and loan
