OSI Recruit is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join Watertown Regional Medical Center’s 4-bed ICU. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. schedule and a $15,000 sign-on bonus plus staged payout. You’ll care for critically ill patients alongside hospitalists on site.

Requirements include 1+ year of critical care, RN licensure in Wisconsin, BLS, CMSRN eligibility within 2 years, and BSN/ASN degrees. Competitive benefits package offered.

The Intensive Care Unit at Watertown Regional Medical Center is a 4-bed medical/ surgical ICU. Registered Nurses staff the unit to care for critically ill patients. Hospitalist physicians (on site) collaborate to provide consistently excellent patient care.
