Job summary

Cellution Biologics Inc. is seeking a Clinical Solutions Consultant – Ocular Biologics to drive revenue growth and expand clinical adoption across ophthalmology and optometry practices, ASCs, and academic medical centers.

You will be the primary commercial contact for eye care providers in your territory, delivering disease-state education and consultative support to integrate regenerative biologic technologies into patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–10 years of outside medical sales experience.
• Experience selling into ophthalmology or optometry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic clinical workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Execution: meet or exceed sales goals and develop plans to grow market share.
• Account Development & Relationship Management: build strategic relationships with physicians and staff.
• Clinical & Product Education: educate clinicians on indications and benefits of products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, medical affairs and operations.
• Sales Operations & Business Management: maintain CRM data and manage budgets and travel.
