Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Threading Operations Supervisor for OCTG threading in South Texas. The role oversees two lines and four CNC threaders, guiding a 25–50 person team in a 24/6 operation to meet quality and production targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OCTG threading leadership, hands-on experience with semi-premium connections, and a willingness to relocate to South Texas. Relocation assistance is provided and OT is paid.

Qualifications

5+ years OCTG threading leadership experience required.
Experience supervising large teams in a 24/6, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of API 5CT and premium/semi-premium thread inspection.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily OCTG threading operations across two lines and four CNC threaders.
Lead and coach a 25–50 person production team in a 24/6 operation.
Oversee GBCD/semi-premium threading operations and ensure quality requirements are met.
Monitor threading quality using gauges and inspection equipment.
Drive throughput, cycle-time improvement and downtime reduction.
Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues.
Track production metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
Conduct safety meetings and maintain a strong safety culture.
