Job summary

Hive Group is seeking a Mid-Level Training Developer to support CASCOM/TPO-OCS with ADDIE-based design and development of OCS training products. The role requires on-site work at Fort Lee, VA and an active SECRET clearance, with experience using Articulate Storyline 360, TD2, and TRIMIS to manage training data.

The successful candidate will work under supervision to meet annual deliverable cycles, support Critical Task Boards, and collaborate with COR and OCS Division Chief to revise and develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with active SECRET clearance.
• Active SECRET clearance required for access to sensitive information.
• Minimum 4+ years in military/Army training development with TR 350-70- and TRADOC PAM 350-70-series familiarity.
• Practical experience using Articulate Storyline 360, TD2, and TRIMIS to build and manage training data.
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.
• Familiarity with OCS, military logistics, or acquisition training environments preferred; on-site Fort Lee, VA travel.

Responsibilities

• Review OCS tasks, products, doctrine, and policy to draft recommendation memorandums for training revisions.
• Conduct annual CTSSB, develop Learning Requirement Lists, and finalize board minutes within 2 working days.
• Perform annual analyses for individual and collective tasks, drafting revision mémos for the OCS Division Chief.
• Revise and develop OCS tasks including IMI and DL options; deliver per ETA schedules and prioritization.
• Review ALU OCS course products for currency; route updates to Course Instructors.
• Collect historical achievements and project future workloads; maintain annual TD2/TRIMIS data.
