Job summary

University of Rochester seeks an Application Administrator I for the Office of Clinical Research to manage OCR cloud systems and user access. You will support upgrades, security, data reporting and cross-team collaboration in a dynamic environment.

You will interact with multiple departments, provide QA updates, and help maintain system documentation and adoption of new technologies in a fast-paced academic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, business, data science or engineering.
• High School diploma with 1 year related experience required.
• Experience in higher education or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds, maintains, monitors and audits cloud application installations, ensures security standards and performs upgrades.
• Serves as a primary OCR contact for system-related activities and coordinates with staff and leadership.
• Creates new user accounts, handles issues, generates Sigma-based data reports, and updates documentation.
