Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or healthcare preferred.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Application Administrator II builds, maintains, monitors, and audits on-premises application installations.
• Ensure security standards, troubleshooting, and participating in upgrades; review architecture standards.
• Participate in project teams and evaluate risks, opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Provide on-call support after hours and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
• Lead testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
