Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1 year related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Math/Stats/Eng preferred.
• Experience in higher education or healthcare preferred.
• Experience with interface, networking, relational database technologies preferred.
• Experience with cloud and on premises applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for production and non-production environments.
• Configures and maintains on-premise applications.
• Participates in on-call rotations.
• Documents procedures and supports upgrades.
• Assists in planning and implementing new systems.
• Collaborates with DBAs, security, and sysadmins.
