Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced PTAC OCONUS Operations Manager to oversee overseas operations within the Protective Technology Branch. You will manage administrative burdens, absorb risks, and maintain mission focus across government stakeholders.

In this role, you will serve as the Administrative and Operational Lead for all OCONUS activities, ensuring compliance, performance, and timely deployment logistics, including visas, permits, and personnel movements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive-level operational leadership, specifically within OCONUS or high-threat environments.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Government contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at the Embassy and Agency level.
• Familiarity with DOS deployment processes, including visa/passport requirements and clearance protocols.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for GDIT leadership and U.S. Government stakeholders.
• Serve as the Administrative and Operational Lead for all OCONUS activities.
• Own the resolution of feedback, compliance, and performance deficiencies.
• Ensure continuity of operations through rigorous management of passports, visas, clearances, and personnel movement.
• Provide senior-level partnership to Program Country Leads on planning and execution.
