Metrea seeks an experienced Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to perform maintenance on turbo-prop aircraft and manage maintenance records in a remote/OCONUS environment. The role requires an A&P certificate and 4+ years in airframe maintenance, with 6+ years preferred, plus a strong command of English.

You will handle inventory, use tracking systems, and ensure compliance with FOD/HAZMAT/Tool Control programs while supporting safe, timely aircraft readiness.

Qualifications

• Must hold an A&P certificate and be able to perform aircraft maintenance per FAA rules.
• Experience with turbo-prop aircraft and related systems is required.
• Proficient in basic computer tools and maintenance tracking.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Maintain on-site aircraft records in hardcopy and electronic form.
• Use maintenance tracking systems to plan time and cycles.
• Track discrepancies and support safe decision-making on deferrals.
• Follow FOD, HAZMAT, Tool Control, and other maintenance programs.
• Manage inventory of aviation parts, tools, and related materials.
• Assist with rapid acceptance/delivery of spares via DoD and commercial freight.
