Qualifications

• 20 years of relevant federal contract capture management and execution experience.
• 5 years in a quality-controlled environment such as ISO/AS9100.
• 10 years as a DOW technical services contract capture manager.
• 2 years with Government Relations and FMS.
• 5 years of operational experience in OCONUS aviation training.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for management and P/L of FMS and DCS contracts.
• Plans and directs assigned contract executions.
• Primary contact for customer interactions.
• Develop business development literature and marketing materials.
