Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.
• Secret clearance required.
• PMP Certification and Army aviation/simulation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned project area.
• Ensure projects adhere to PM standards and policies from inception to close.
• Deliver on-time projects with subcontractor management and risk tracking.
• Coordinate with PMO Senior Manager to integrate resources across projects.
• Monitor subcontractor activities and administer deliverables.
• Support requirement decomposition and proposal development.
• Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, and agreements.
• Provide reports and technical reviews to client and senior management.
• Assure quality of products and conduct reviews, audits, site visits.
• Ensure compliance with program, corporate and government policies.
