This job will start with one to two months of training in Jacksonville, followed by a one-year assignment, potentially extending, in Saudi Arabia for customer support. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in project management and customer support.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in related area as an individual contributor.
1+ year of experience managing team member assignments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as on-site customer support representative for software integration.
Manage assigned client implementation projects and lead meetings.
Collaborate with team and client to ensure agreement of project scope.
Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget.
