Job summary

Moog Inc is looking for an OCM Program Manager for their Business Modernization Program located in East Aurora, NY. The role focuses on leading Organizational Change Management strategies for ERP initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and minimizing resistance throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing change initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations such as S/4HANA, complemented with strong communication and leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $170,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably with ERP or SAP.
• Direct experience leading OCM for ERP rollout, particularly S/4HANA.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the end-to-end OCM strategy for modernization.
• Assess organizational change impacts and identify risks and resistance points.
• Develop a comprehensive SAP change communication strategy.
