Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an OCM Practitioner in Houston to drive organizational change activities with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. Translate strategic direction into practical plans, deliverables, and materials that help employees understand, prepare for, and adopt change.

You will work with project teams, business stakeholders, SMEs, and impacted users, using established OCM templates while independently delivering assigned work to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience supporting organizational change management, communications, training, implementation, project coordination, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience creating and executing communications, training, readiness, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ability to work from strategic direction and independently complete detailed execution work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate direction from IT leadership and SMEs into actionable OCM tasks and deliverables.
• Create and maintain change management plans, trackers, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct interviews and readiness discussions with project team members and SMEs.
• Document changes to processes, roles, and user experiences.
• Develop stakeholder lists, audience maps, and readiness information.
• Draft communications, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and job aids.
• Coordinate reviews with SMEs, project leads, and communications partners.
• Support go-live readiness activities and adoption measurement.
