Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an OCM Consultant – Oracle Fusion Transformation to support a large-scale ERP transformation across international business units, primarily in EMEA and APAC.

You will collaborate with the Change & Process Management Lead to execute change management strategies and develop training materials and communications. Key activities include facilitating user readiness and adoption through training, readiness assessments, and reporting; and serving as a delivery resource to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience delivering OCM activities for at least one full-lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Experience supporting multi-country transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience developing instructor-led training materials, Quick Reference Guides, and e-learning content.
• Expertise in structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability and willingness to work UK hours.
