Job summary

National Insurance Consultants Inc. seeks an OCIP/CCIP Administrator for a hybrid role in Houston, TX, with three days in the office. We are willing to train the right person and support career growth.

You will manage enrollment, payroll data, reporting and documentation for OCIP/CCIP programs, coordinate with contractors and brokers, and maintain accurate records in program databases to support audits and timely project wrap-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years in insurance, claims, or administrative roles.
• OCIP/CCIP or construction insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer OCIP/CCIP insurance programs for construction projects.
• Coordinate contractor and subcontractor enrollment and documentation.
• Review enrollment documentation and track compliance status.
• Maintain records in program management systems and generate reports.
• Attend wrap-up meetings and support payroll, reporting, and audits.
