Cerity Partners OCIO seeks an Associate to join the Fund Accounting/Operations Team in the Denver, CO office. The role focuses on information processing, coordinating with internal parties for client portfolios, and supporting daily operations within a fast-paced environment.

Initial responsibilities include monitoring client correspondence, assisting with trade settlements, and data management. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in financial services are preferred, with strong Excel and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field with a strong academic track record.
• 1-3 years of professional work experience; financial services preferred.
• Experience at an audit firm or fund administrator is ideal but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and well organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required and knowledge in PowerPoint and Word is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring client correspondence, including daily review of emails and saving documents.
• Assist with settlement of investment trades and margin management.
• Data/Information management, including management of external managers' website log on credentials.
• Assist with operating expense management process.
• Review monthly closing of clients' accounts and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks related to internal and external requests.
