The role supports three NYC OCIO teams—Client Services, Operations/Accounting & Finance, and Administrative—with tasks including client reporting, month-end close, audit support, and material preparation.

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate program with GPA 3.2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist NYC OCIO teams with client reporting, month-end close and audit support.
• Support Accounts Payable data entry and filing.
• Help with balance sheet reconciliations and cycle counts.
