Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Cloud Security/DevSecOps engineer to design, deploy, and secure OCI-based AI environments for responsible federal workloads.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, hands-on OCI networking, IAM, containers, and IaC with Terraform. Responsibilities include securing service-to-service communications, integrating Docker/Kubernetes, and aligning with DoD security requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud security, or related engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) including networking, IAM, storage, security, logging, monitoring, and cloud-native services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, least-privilege access, and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, secure, and maintain AI application environments within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Adapt containerized applications for secured OCI deployments.
• Design secure OCI networking, including VCNs, private subnets, NSGs, DNS, and private endpoints.
• Implement identity, authentication, and authorization with OCI IAM and enterprise identity tools.
• Collaborate with developers to meet Federal/DoD security requirements in app configs.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform to create auditable cloud environments.
• Integrate deployment with CI/CD pipelines, source control, vulnerability scanning, and release processes.
• Configure logging, monitoring, and dashboards; work with cybersecurity for compliance.
