G Adventures is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our Oceania tour program. You will oversee a diverse team, manage supplier relationships, and drive profitability and quality across operations.

You’ll lead strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management while coordinating with Product and Shared Services to optimize inventory and processes. Australia or New Zealand candidates are welcome, with Brisbane preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in travel/operations leadership or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions.

• Lead enhancements of operational and administrative processes across regional operations.
• Coordinate with Product and Strategic Operations to manage product lines and inventory.
• Ensure regional budget forecasting, spend tracking, and cost reductions withBuying.
• Develop regional staffing strategies for operations, staff, and shared services.
• Lead tour staff leadership and ensure safety, quality, and incident management.
• Oversee supplier relationships, travel inspections, and compliance with brand standards.
