This role requires English fluency, leadership presence, and the ability to adapt to demanding itineraries across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within tourism or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills in English and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage groups and resolve conflicts in real time.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups on tours and manage day-to-day logistics.
• Coordinate transport, accommodations, and suppliers.
