Job summary

G Adventures, Inc. is seeking a Chief Experience Officer to lead in-the-field operations, ensuring safe, inspiring journeys for travelers. You’ll manage logistics, engage communities, and uphold our commitment to responsible travel across diverse destinations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for storytelling. You’ll travel with groups, drive safely, and mentor junior CEOs while promoting our social impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Budgeting and basic accounting comfort.
• Valid passport/visa and required vaccinations.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and mobile apps.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or extensive travel.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of G Adventures in the field and manage day-to-day logistics and reservations.
• Promote Planeterra and G for Good initiatives.
• Support optional activities, meals, and traveller needs.
• Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
• Maintain budgets, receipts, and daily accounts.
• Provide post-trip reports and updates.
• Occasionally support the training of new CEOs.
