You’ll craft unforgettable travel moments while ensuring travellers feel welcome and safe under your guidance. You’ll work in a dynamic, people‑driven environment where long‑distance driving, budgeting, and quick problem solving are everyday.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
• Passport/visa with required vaccinations.
• Strong English language skills.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or extensive travel.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Valid Class 2 New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
• Active Passenger (P) Endorsement and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of G Adventures in the field.
• Manage day‑to‑day logistics and reservations.
• Promote Planeterra and G for Good initiatives.
• Support optional activities and traveller needs.
• Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
• Maintain budgets, receipts, and daily accounts.
• Provide post‑trip reports and updates.
• Occasionally assist with training new CEOs.
