Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kauai, Hawaii, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. You will greet customers, guide them through the menu, take and relay orders, and ensure timely, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
