Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii seeks an enthusiastic ULU Ocean Grill Server Assistant to support the dining room team. You will help servers deliver warm, personalized service, describe menu items, and ensure precise, timely food and beverage presentation in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–12 months of service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food & beverage, or related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Servers with attentive, anticipatory service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally while delivering personalized hospitality.
• Describe menu selections and presentations as you serve food and beverages.
• Assist with food delivery from the kitchen and ensure accurate, efficient presentation.
• Stock and maintain linens, china, silverware, glassware, and service stations to Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare condiments, garnishes, and mise en place for service.
• Reset and maintain tables and dining areas during service.
• Assist with buffet, station, and dining room setup and breakdown.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with warmth.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
