Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu offerings with knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and origins.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Take and input orders using the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Deliver food and beverages timely while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and enhance it where possible.
• Prepare, present, and settle checks accurately, handling cash and cards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area per Four Seasons standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally with empathy and solutions-focused mindset.
• Support team members and participate in a positive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
