Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations and answer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages timely with professional presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
