Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort in Islamorada, seeks a Marina Attendant to welcome boating enthusiasts and guests, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and memorable water experiences.

You will assist with boat rentals, dock operations, inspections, and marina upkeep while delivering outstanding service in a lively, water‑centric environment. A passion for boating and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for boating and water activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with boat rentals, docking, and fueling

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with boat rentals, docking, and fueling
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist with boat inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and seaworthy vessels
• Monitor the marina area for safety and security
• Coordinate and schedule boat reservations
• Offer guidance and instructions on boating regulations and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina area
• Assist with special events and activities related to the marina

• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Previous experience in marina operations or hospitality industry is a plus
