Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach Oceanfront in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team. The role focuses on inspecting rooms, guiding staff, and maintaining clean, secure guest areas while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of hospitality staff is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Inspect all assigned guest rooms including special cleaning items and equipment daily.
• Train and monitor housekeepers on daily responsibilities and safety procedures.
• Update housekeeping management on progress and status; complete required forms and reports.
• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to housekeeping management.
• Teach and monitor proper handling of guest areas for cleanliness daily.
• Inspect vending areas, storerooms and stairwells for cleanliness daily.
• Notify laundry of linen requirements to clean early check-out rooms.
• Respond to guest requests and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with daily cleaning of rooms during peak periods or in absence of staff.
