JRDN Restaurant at Tower23 Hotel in San Diego is seeking Hosts to join a high-volume, up‑market dining team. You are the first and last impression of guests and help ensure smooth seating and flow throughout service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting to tables, managing wait times and reservations, and assisting the kitchen and servers as needed. A passion for exceptional customer service is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume, up-market restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset with a focus on first and last impression.

Mansioni

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter.
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Provide guests with estimated wait times.
• Manage table rotations and balance workload for servers.
• Assist guests with reservations in the reservations system.
• Support kitchen staff as needed.
• Perform additional restaurant tasks as assigned by management.
