Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning principles and proper use of cleaning products.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms to established cleanliness standards.
• Restocks towels, soaps and amenities; maintains cart and storerooms clean and organized.
• Cleans windows, doors, walls, fixtures and surfaces in rooms, public areas and hallways.
• Inspects room equipment and locks; reports maintenance issues in writing.
• Lifts mattresses, vacuums rooms and moves furniture as needed.
• Maintains friendly and courteous demeanor with guests and staff.
