Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. You will stock supplies, assist with maintenance reporting and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. This on-site position offers competitive pay and opportunities within the Sage portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from storerooms and set up cleaning cart with supplies to maintain efficient cleaning operations across rooms and corridors.
• Clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms and public areas to maintain a clean and presentable facility.
• Restock towels, soaps, room amenities, and literature to ensure supplies for arriving guests.
• Vacuum rooms, public areas and hallways and move furniture as needed to clean thoroughly.
• Inspect door and window locks and report any safety issues to management.
