Job summary

Hilton Garden Doheny Beach Dana Point is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service at the Doheny Surf Restaurant + Bar and Longboard Rooftop Lounge. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, with a pay range of $16.90 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Must maintain knowledge of menus, stay compliant with liquor laws, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in hotel or resort setting preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service at the Doheny Surf Restaurant + Bar and Longboard Rooftop Lounge.
• Know menus, recipes, and hotel facilities to answer guest questions accurately.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes; garnish drinks.
• Record drink orders promptly into Micros PMS and manage bar inventory.
• Adhere to liquor liability laws and maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation.
