Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carrier sales, operations, or cradle-to-grave freight brokerage.
• Cradle-to-grave experience preferred; no book of business required.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the POD Leader in managing a large, high-performing book of business.
• Cover 350-400 loads/month across dry van, reefer, and other OTR modes.
• Bid and execute on spot market opportunities with strong pricing skills.
• Serve as the main point of contact for both customer and carrier communication.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve service issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
