Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ocean import shipments and document work.
• Monitor schedules and provide status updates to customers.
• Process settlements and resolve issues with origin teams.
• Create OneNote documentation and SOPs; support training.
• Meet KPI standards and participate in training.
