Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building.
• Ability to resolve issues related to product movement and communicate with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Ocean Import regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer shipment activities including bookings and documentation.
• Serve as primary customer contact for shipment information and issues.
• Manage routing and invoicing to maximize service and profit.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for shipments.
• Maintain client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Resolve issues to improve efficiency using the TMS.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
• Support PDs and GEMBA with improvement ideas.
• Create transport orders and confirm bookings.
• Prepare import/export documents.
• Update customs shipment information and status.
