Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processes.
• Facilitate customs clearance for imported goods through effective customs brokerage.
• Monitor and track the delivery status of shipments, updating all relevant parties.
• Accurately enter and manage servicing information in the company's internal systems.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven capability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
