Responsibilities

1. Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.
2. Clear customs for imported goods through customs brokerage.
3. Consolidate or deconsolidate containers as needed.
4. Research and select vendors/agents and arrange timely ground transportation.
5. Track delivery status and communicate updates to relevant parties.
6. Handle accounting tasks (AP/AR/Closing, etc.).
7. Input service information into the internal system.
8. Prepare and report service activities to the Ocean Import team/manager.
9. Address and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
10. Participate in other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to multitask effectively.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Bilingual in English/Korean is preferred.
