Job summary

Dimerco Express Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our ocean import operations team. This role focuses on daily shipment handling, document preparation, and coordination with overseas partners to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in ocean operations or freight forwarding, understand FCL/LCL, and can communicate effectively. We offer training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for global exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of ocean operations / freight forwarding experience.
• Basic understanding of ocean import procedures.
• FCL and LCL shipments knowledge.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, trucking, and shipment tracking.
• Previous experience in a freight forwarding company.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily ocean import shipment operations.
• Prepare and process shipping documents and update shipment records.
• Track vessel schedules, shipment status, and cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, truckers, and customers.
• Arrange cargo pickup, delivery, and empty container returns.
• Assist with shipment billing, cost verification, and document filing.
• Follow up on shipment delays and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Provide shipment updates and operational support to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure shipment information and documentation are accurate and completed on time.
