Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Prepare and process bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Track shipments and update internal systems; notify stakeholders of delays or changes.
• Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks as directed by senior team members.
