What You Will Do

• Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure all milestones are met
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Track and update shipment statuses in the Skypace platform, ensuring transparency for all parties
• Work with internal pricing, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues promptly
• Monitor carrier schedules, transit times, and exceptions to maintain customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of carrier schedules, Incoterms, and international documentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with TMS or digital freight platforms and familiar with EDI tracking tools
• Effective communication skills with customers, carriers, and team members
