Formación

• Minimum 6 years in freight forwarding with at least 4 years in Ocean Freight leadership.
• Proven track record in leading teams through transitions to achieve customer-centricity and profitability.
• Strong ability to drive KPIs, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.

• Owns the P&L within the area of control and drives GP maximization.
• Lead and develop department managers, supervisors, and ocean freight specialists.
• Ensure service quality and regulatory compliance across shipments.
